Do not advertise Guzzle 8.2 support with released Pawl.
ratchet/pawl is a runtime requirement, so this constraint applies to normal consumers. Released Pawl v0.4.3 requires guzzlehttp/psr7: ^2.0, while Guzzle 8.2.0 requires guzzlehttp/psr7: ^3.1. These constraints do not intersect.

This library only sends uppercase HTTP methods and string header values, so Guzzle 8's breaking changes don't affect it.
Guzzle 8 requires
guzzlehttp/psr73, whichratchet/pawldoesn't allow yet (ratchetphp/Pawl#169). Until Pawl is released, Composer keeps resolving Guzzle 7.I ran the test suite against Kubernetes 1.34 with Guzzle 7.15.5 and with Guzzle 8.2.0, and every test had the same outcome on both. For both runs, Pawl came from the PR branch and Testbench was removed, because
laravel/framework12 pins Guzzle 7.
