Summary

  • replace the sidebar running spinner with three pulsing dots labelled as running, with a motion-safe animate-msa-session-dot token
  • keep the expanded composer pills open while interacting with them, including their portaled menus, and swap the collapsed toggle to a sliders icon with an expand tooltip
  • scope the composer's project MCP and skill lists to the current project, dropping responses for a previous project
  • roll back a failed session model save only when no later selection has been made
  • size the fork reply icon to the action buttons and format the fork actions
  • take provider placeholder initials from any Unicode letter or digit
  • exclude build-runtime from the frontend tsconfig

Test

  • pnpm typecheck
  • pnpm build

- replace the sidebar running spinner with three pulsing dots labelled as running
- add the session-dot animation token and keep it motion-safe
- track mousedowns inside the pill row, including portaled menus, before
  collapsing the expanded pills
- swap the collapsed pill toggle to a sliders icon with an expand tooltip
- size the fork reply icon to the action buttons and format the fork actions
- take provider placeholder initials from any Unicode letter or digit
- tag project MCP and skill lists with their scope and drop responses for a
  previous project
- refresh project resources through the same effect when MCP or skill config
  changes
- roll back the session model only when no later selection has been made
