AI Meeting Summarizer (Web Application)

This is an AI agent built using Python, Flask, and the Google GenAI SDK (Gemini API). It provides a beautiful, modern web frontend to automatically extract an Executive Summary, Key Takeaways, and Action Items from your meeting notes.

Prerequisites

1. Install Python 3.8+.
2. Install the required dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Get a Gemini API Key from Google AI Studio.
4. Set your API key as an environment variable in your terminal:

   set GEMINI_API_KEY=your_api_key_here

Getting Started

Start the local web server:

python app.py

Then, open your web browser and go to: http://localhost:5000

Paste your meeting notes, click "Generate Summary", and watch the AI do the work!
