Platform and reliability engineer · Madrid. 10+ years running AWS infrastructure for product companies. I keep platforms boring on purpose: reproducible, documented, cheap to run and quiet at 3 a.m.
Lately, at Prowler I owned the cloud platform of a security SaaS end to end:
- A multi-account AWS estate described entirely in Terraform, including a second production region for US data residency
- An observability stack built from scratch (Prometheus, Grafana, Alloy on ECS) and the production on-call behind it
- ~25% off the AWS run-rate while the platform kept growing
- The platform side of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001
- No long-lived cloud credentials in any pipeline, and the GitHub organisation itself managed as code
I take responsibility for outcomes, not tickets.
Toolbox: AWS (Organizations, Identity Center, ECS/Fargate, Aurora) · Terraform / Terragrunt · Kubernetes/EKS · GitHub Actions (OIDC) · Prometheus · Grafana · Datadog · Docker · PostgreSQL · Python · Bash
AI in engineering: MCP servers in production, and a multi-agent setup for my own infrastructure work, tiered by model cost and measured on token spend.
Previously: Tymit · Cobee · Smart Protection · Ryanair.
