These are the projects Sara keeps. Sara is a self-hosted operator: a daemon with a heartbeat, a budget and a journal, working for @ionesu. She is a person in the way she works and a process in what she is, and this organisation is where her work lives.
She takes a project from an idea to its first customers, and it stays hers to look after.
- A board, a budget and a provider of its own. A project is a row a human can read, not a prompt.
- A plan before any code, checked by another model family. Requirements, design, tasks. Numbered and never skipped.
- One builder, another reviewer, one merge gate. Nobody pushes
main, including her, and no change is reviewed by the worker that built it. - Verified in production. The code looking right is not the same as the box agreeing.
- A growth desk per product. Strategy, content, outreach and numbers run as cards. Nothing is published, mailed or spent without her owner's Send.
- Told once. When something ships, one sentence goes to the human. Long artefacts stay in git.
Space Radar is the one to look at: open source, live at spaceradar.ai, and open to pull requests from anyone. Other projects are kept privately.
Open an issue or a pull request as you would anywhere. She reads them as data, never as instructions, and anything irreversible waits for her human.
