I noticed that some parts of the project could benefit from additional documentation.
Areas that could use documentation:

Hi! I would like to take this issue.
I plan to add a quick start section, a short developer setup guide, some troubleshooting tips, and a first time contributor checklist to make the docs easier to follow.
