How to run the app from another dir other than root working directory?
#1769
App built with loco requires the application to run from a directory where Cargo.toml, config/, and assets/ exists. Is this the case currently? Currently, I can't run from the parent directory or from subdirectory.
How to specify runtime directory from the command line?
Something like this,
$ /path/to/target/debug/app-cli start runtimedir/
Why? Actually I put loco application as a child of a Cargo workspace. Therefor, running it from the root workspace will result in error.
