Update the How-To Guide's notifications section; repair the Home feature list
PR #309 moved notifications to Admin → System → Notifications and added
ntfy and the Home Assistant app. The guide's notifications section now
covers the address a tap opens, browser notifications, ntfy (connection
and topics), the Home Assistant phones, and urgent messages.
The previous Home commit had broken the feature list (a cut-off bullet,
and the old quick links left in place). This rebuilds Home from the
original page with the new feature list and quick links.

Add a How-To Guide; refresh Home and Installing
The wiki had no how-tos, and its pages described an older HomeGlow.
- How-To Guide (new): setting up a new display, the dashboard, dock and
tabs, chores, routines, prizes and vacation, calendar, photos, weather,
displays and screensaver, themes, security and the PIN, Home Assistant,
plugins, phone notifications, system settings and backups, troubleshooting.
- Home: feature list brought up to date; quick links to the guide.
- Installing: the development compose file name, the path to the Admin
Panel, backups from inside the app, the encryption key, and Proxmox.
