Example of menu configuration?

[olyashok]

Does anyone have an example of configuring the menus (ribbon and rightclick) in preset or plugin mode? Just disabling and enabling menu items.

@jikkai is there also an example of how to create custom ribbon groups? Is it possible to add custom commands?
