Upload/query SML script output through CLI? #24219
|
Hi forum, title. For context: I have an esp8266 with my own compiled tasmota binary attached to my powermeter. Since the latter is a few stories away from my flat (and my router), having it connected to my wifi is not possible. I have thus connected it to my neighbor's wifi and added a vpn config so that the esp8266 tunnels into my home network and provides the mqtt data there. This way, my homeassistant can subscribe to the mqtt data. Now after some issues with getting everything to run, it seems like the script doesn't reactivate after a reboot. In normal operation I could simply go to the webUI and activate the script there, but the webUI is broken in a VPN environment. So what I'd need is some sort of http command to query the state of the script and activate it, if possible. I have already checked that sending commands through http requests works, i.e., I have also tried I have also re-entered the password of my mqtt user, which shortly disconnects the mqtt entities in HA and re-connects them shortly after, so this works as well. Really grateful for any tips! |
